The facility offers a fixed price drive repair service comprising standard, express and ‘no fault found’ services, either directly or via its network of distributors.
Under the offering, qualified experts provide repairs for ATV 61 and 71 drives rated between 11kW and 90kW. By offering a fixed price for repairs, customers can view all costs prior to returning products, rather than having to wait for a quote. The prices are fixed regardless of drive condition.
For the standard service, turnaround time is up to 10 working days. An express service is offered for emergency repairs and return of the drives is guaranteed within three working days, provided drives are received by Green Plant before 12 noon. Drives are either repaired or exchanged with a service replacement item.
There is also a ‘no fault found’ service where a drive is tested but no fault is found. In this case, the drive will be serviced and the fans changed (if applicable).
