New equipment is now available from Interfood Technology’s Curing to Clipping Division, which supplies a range of injecting, tenderising, tumbling and marinating kit.

It includes Henneken’s new in-line tumbling system, which features a novel design that allows vacuum loading from the rear of the machine. This is said to be a true in-line system, with a loading pipe that remains in place throughout the process. It offers fast loading times and minimal product handling with the tumbler unloading directly into bins or onto directional belts for further processing.

Machines range from 650 to 12,000 litres with optional cooling and defrosting systems. To enable monitoring of the up-stream process, the hopper can be mounted on load cells.

Also now available is a wide range of Schröder machines for processing meat, poultry and fish. Kit ranges from standalone injectors, integrated into existing lines, right through to completely new automated systems. The new Smartline range builds on the well-established IMAX range.
