Can Britain become an exporting superpower?

Overview

Whilst the UK saw food and drink exports reaching record highs in 2022 at £24.8bn, we have since see numbers fall. In 2023 exports dropped by to £24.3bn, with the volume of most food and drink categories in decline.

In this editorial webinar, Food Manufacture is joined by four expert speakers to discuss how Britain can get back on track and establish itself as the next exporting superpower.

Within this session, you can expect to:

  • Understand why now a good time is to export
  • How to leverage the power of the ‘Made in Britain brand’
  • Understand the challenges that the industry currently faces around red tape
  • Identify the opportunities that lie ahead and the support available for first-time and expanding exporters
  • Hear an exclusive update from UK Food and Drink Export Council and its progress and recommendations
