Reporting into the global president of Mars Food & Nutrition Shaid Shah, Sackree will now play a key role for the multinational that manufactures Ben’s Original, Tasty Bite, Kevin’s Natural Foods, and Dolmio.

Sackree first joined Mars in Operations at its Melton Mowbray factor for Mars Pet Nutrition. During his time at Mars, he has held numerous supply chain roles. He spent time in Bremen, Germany, in Industrial Engineering, before returning to the U.K. as plant manager in Melton Mowbray in 2013.

In 2017, he moved to Nashville in the U.S., first as industrial engineering director, and later as interim VP of supply for Mars Pet Nutrition, North America.

Sackree then joined Mars Food & Nutrition in 2022 as global value chain Operations VP, where according to the brand, he played a key role building a strong and resilient global supply chain and high-performing Supply function.

“I’m delighted to announce Chris’ appointment and welcome him to the Global Leadership Team for Mars Food & Nutrition,” said Shah.

“Chris joined Mars 18 years ago and has consistently delivered excellent operational performance across markets and categories, underpinned by a deep commitment to driving quality and safety. He is a strong leader with a reputation for building high-performing teams.”

Creaser joined Mars as a Shift Manager in Slough and spent the early part of his career in Chocolate and Petcare with developmental assignments in Hungary and Germany, before returning to be Plant Manager of the Slough factory.

In 2012, Creaser held his first role in Food as VP Supply for Food Europe, Russia and South Africa. Later, he took on the role of VP of Supply for Mars Chocolate Europe and Eurasia, and VP Supply for Mars Wrigley Europe, CIS and Turkey.

Creaser then rejoined Food & Nutrition as Global VP Supply in 2022 and has been “a driving force” in leading the Segment’s supply transformation, embedding “operational excellence”, and setting up the Segment for “continued success” through its refreshed business strategy.
