Operated by parent firm Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Great Britain Limited (CCEP), Monster will be hoping to continue the success seen by its ‘Juiced’ range with the addition of Viking Berry.

According to insights firm Nielsen GB, the brand’s Juiced range is now up 17.5% in value, and worth an estimated £342 million on the UK market.

Said to be inspired by wild Nordic berries and Scandinavian fruit, the new beverage will combine the regular Monster Energy blend with real fruit juices and ‘exotic’ flavours in a purple berry liquid.

Set to be made available in both plain and price-marked cans, convenience retailers can now request Monster Juiced Viking Berry POS materials and download digital assets via My.CCEP.com to help bring the launch to life in-store.

Rob Yeomans, VP of commercial development at CCEP GB said: “More than half of energy drinks’ innovation sales over the last year have come from Monster’s NPD – which has helped us grow our value sales by a massive £140m. And shoppers can’t get enough of our flavour-packed Monster Juiced range.

“Monster Juiced Viking Berry is absolutely flying in the US, and we’re confident it will deliver the same success here in GB. This latest launch continues our strategy of broadening energy’s appeal through exciting flavour variety, making energy drinks more relevant for more occasions, particularly with food.

He continued: “Viking Berry’s bold Nordic-inspired story and striking design makes it one of our most daring launches yet and we can’t wait to see how retailers get behind it and bring the Monster attitude and culture to life in store.”

The can’s fresh new design will feature Viking warriors against a Scandinavian backdrop, with the iconic Monster claw front and centre to deliver ‘maximum stand-out’ on shelf.

Joining the now ten-strong Monster Juiced line-up, Viking Berry marks the latest NPD from the Coca-Cola-owned brand since the start of 2025, following from Monster Ultra Fantasy Ruby Red, Monster Juiced Rio Punch, and Monster Lando Norris Zero Sugar.
