Taking place from 13-15 April in the second city, the blockbuster event will comprise four individual shows that each target a sector of the food and drink industry.
- The flagship Food & Drink Expo will see key foodservice buyers as well as decision makers from retail and wholesale grocery operations discuss fresh ideas and forge connections.
- The Farm Shop & Deli Show will showcase quality local and regional produce alongside new product development and the latest in equipment, labelling and packaging solutions.
- The National Convenience Show forms the biggest event for the convenience retailing sector and act as a one-stop destination for c-store specific products, services and innovations to help boost footfall, increase basket spend and gain a competitive edge.
- The Forecourt Show will help firms source products, discover innovations and solutions to future-proof their business, whether they are part of a symbol group, an independent forecourt, fuel company or dealer.
Organised by market-leading business media provider William Reed, the event will see around 1,200 businesses exhibiting across the four shows, with more than 25,000 visitors expected to attend.
Innovations for the 2026 edition will include ‘Spotlight on Coffee Shop & Café’ at the Farm Shop & Deli Show as well as ‘Spotlight on Future Foods’ at the Food & Drink Expo.
“We are excited to once again welcome exhibitors and visitors to The UK Food & Drink Shows and share with them what makes this industry so vibrant and innovative,” said Dan Dixon, managing director of exhibitions at William Reed.
“We appreciate that retailers and suppliers continue to face intense pressure and are confident the shows can help to equip businesses with the knowledge and inspiration to grow and flourish. At the heart of it all is the power of face-to-face interaction; the chance to have meaningful conversations, experience products first-hand and build relationships.”
