The Kraft Heinz Company has appointed Aditi Hilgers to the role of Taste Elevation and Masterbrand Director for the UK & Ireland.

Aditi Hilgers joins the leadership team at the company to lead the strategic vision, brand development and innovation agenda for Kraft Heinz’s sauces portfolio.

This includes well-known brands such as Heinz, HP and Lea & Perrins and Aditi is also responsible for the Heinz Masterbrand.

Aditi brings more than 15 years of brand and innovation experience across leading global FMCG companies.

She joins the business from General Mills, where she held leadership positions including head of world foods UK and global head of innovation for Häagen- Dazs, having earlier held brand roles at Mondelēz International and PepsiCo.

“Kraft Heinz brands are deeply embedded across British households and culture and it’s both a privilege and a responsibility to continue contributing to their legacy,” Hilgers said.

“I’m looking forward to build on our brands’ momentum, working closely with our consumers and customers to set the pace in the categories we serve, innovate to grow our reach, and craft products and experiences that deliver real value at the dinner table and beyond. I’m excited to get stuck in with the teams and evolve these much-loved brands for the next generation of shoppers.”

Marta Pilczuk, managing director UK & Ireland at Kraft Heinz, added: “We’re delighted to welcome Aditi to Kraft Heinz. Her track record of driving brand growth and leading breakthrough innovation makes her the perfect fit to spearhead our Taste Elevation portfolio - a key piece of our growth strategy in the UK&I. Aditi’s creativity, commercial acumen, and leadership will be invaluable as we continue to accelerate our transformation journey in the UK & Ireland.”

Aditi succeeds Thiago Rapp, who has departed the company to pursue external opportunities after nine years at Kraft Heinz in senior roles across Brazil and the UK.
