The products are building on the brand’s success with its first Mint variant - the Chocolate Mint Ball - which sold out mid-season and became the best performing Christmas NPD in the category during launch (Nielsen).
The company said the Terry’s Chocolate Mint Bar has been introduced to meet seasonal demand for festive indulgence, while developing Terry’s all-year-round portfolio and capitalising on strong consumer demand in the growing tablets category, which is up +15% in value and +2% in volume, outperforming the wider market. The new Terry’s Chocolate Mint Truffles are designed to provide consumers with an affordable indulgent alternative. Terry’s said it is also refreshing its Terry’s Chocolate Orange Truffles alongside this launch, introducing “a new indulgent recipe and modernised design”.

Chocolate Mint Tablet, which has a RRP £1.50, 90g, is available in ASDA, Sainsburys, Co-op and Morrisons while Mint Truffles RRP £4.50, 200g, is available in ASDA, Morrisons, Ocado, Co-op and Iceland.
