Until 12 November, this collaboration brings eight of Mildreds’ signature dishes into Grubby’s meal kit format.
With restaurants in Soho, Covent Garden, Camden, King’s Cross and Victoria, Mildreds has served vegan food to Londoners since 1988.
Prices start at £41.25 for a five-meal recipe box made for two people, while those who sign up now will also receive 25% of the first month.
The meals available as part of the collaboration include:
- Crispy Teriyaki Cauliflower Lettuce Cups – Mildreds’ signature crispy cauliflower tossed in a rich teriyaki glaze, served with fresh carrot ribbons, radish, and garlic mayo.
- Smoky Chorizo & Miso Risotto with Panko Crunch – Creamy risotto with ‘Symplicity’ chorizo, miso, and chipotle mayo.
- Chipotle Tempeh Burrito Wrap with Lime Rice – Smoky chipotle tempeh with coriander mayo and zesty salsa.
- Sri Lankan Coconut Curry with Sweet Potato & Pineapple Sambal – A vibrant, tropical twist on Mildreds’ kiri hodi classic.
- Spicy Kimchi Fried Rice with Crispy Tofu – Bold, punchy fried rice topped with kimchi and garlic mayo.
- Portobello Mushroom Pot Pie with Thyme Pastry – Rich, umami-packed mushrooms topped with golden thyme pastry.
- Crispy Korean Fried Chicken Burger with Kimchi & Fries – Plant-based chicken with heat, crunch, and creamy chilli mayo.
- Roasted Aubergine & Crispy Chickpea Bulgur Bowl – Roasted aubergine paired with crispy chickpeas, red pepper and walnut hummus, herby bulgur, and a sweet-sour pomegranate dressing for a vibrant, bold finish.
