Days updates signature 0.0% beer recipe
Days has updated the recipe of its signature alcohol-free lager.
The brand rolled out the new recipe during May 2025, which it said includes a reverse osmosis process that preserves flavour while removing all the alcohol.
Made to a Helles recipe, the new Days 0.0% ABV lager is a light straw colour in appearance, and has a biscuit malt body and crisp hop bitterness.
Co-founder Duncan Keith said that the new formula has allowed the brand to upgrade “quality at every step” and brew the “beer we’ve always dreamed of making”.
“Using four years of consumer insight, coupled with learnings from our thousands of retail distribution partners across the UK we set out to redevelop our lager recipe,” Duncan added.
