Fast-growing bakery business Four Anjels is seeking a new technical manager to join its team and play a key role in upholding the integrity, quality and authenticity of its product range.
The successful candidate will need to be able to promote a strong food safety and quality culture, while maintaining Four Anjels’ BRCGS AA grade and ensuring compliance with its customers code of practice.
The technical manager will work closely with the technical and operations director to drive continuous improvement by leading technical and quality teams and providing essential guidance on all technical and quality matters.
Candidates must have proven experience working in a senior technical role within a food manufacturing environment, with a hands-on, flexible and proactive approach.
They must also possess demonstrable technical expertise supported by a relevant qualification such as a degree in food science or food safety qualification, as well as holding experience of leading third party and customer audits.

Development Technologist – The FSC Group
