Specification & Compliance Technologist – Mr TG Pullins Bakery

The family-owned Mr TG Pullins Bakery is hiring a specification and compliance technologist to join the team at its Kenn Moor site near Yatton.

The firm produces ambient and frozen bakery products at three production sites, which it sells through five retail shops and to foodservice clients.

Reporting to the technical and health and safety manager, the successful candidate will be required to support in maintaining company policies and procedures in line with the relevant industry standards and customer requirements.

Key tasks will include ensuring the allergen matrix for finished goods is updated and shared as required, maintaining the raw material register of approved ingredients, and ensuring internal and customer databases are maintained and updated as required.

Candidates should have relevant experience in a quality assurance of technical role, strong analytical skills with a good eye for detail, the confidence to liaise with people at all levels, and the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with both suppliers and customers.

Process Development Manager – The Bread Factory Ltd

The Bread Factory is searching for a process development manager to join its team.

The London-based artisan bakery supplies products across e-commerce, grocery, foodservices and retail, such as its Gail’s bakery chain.

The successful candidate will need to co-ordinate factory trials in conjunction with the production team, be part of the team that will commission any new equipment, input relevant information into product records and packs before launching, and collect objective product measurements from the trials.

Health Safety and Environment Manager – Dairygold Food Ingredients Ltd
