Technical Services Officer – TMI Foods Ltd

Salary:​ £30,000 per annum

Bacon manufacturer TMI Foods, part of the Dawn Farms Group, is hiring a technical services officer to join its technical department on a full-time basis at its facility in Northampton.

The successful candidate will report to the technical services manager and have direct exposure to multiple technical function aspects of a food manufacturer. They will also work closely with production and other support functions of the business.

The purpose of the role is to support the factory teams to ensure that customer and external audit requirements. The successful candidate will help maintain and improve standards of product safety, legality, traceability and quality through management of technical aspects such as pest control, customer complaints and CCP validation.

The role also involves responsibility for management and enforcement of site systems, along with technical processes to drive KPI standards through active engagement, problem-solving and building relationships.

TMI Foods is seeking candidates with a strong understanding of food technical requirements and HACCP, as well as product specification experience and strong IT skills.

Quality Assurance Manager – Wasabi UK

Salary: Competitive

Restaurant chain Wasabi UK is seeking a quality assurance manager to bolster its head office team in north west London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of food safety and continuous improvement by providing professional support and assisting in the management of food safety, food quality, health and safety and legal compliance.​

Other key responsibilities will include reviewing and challenging technical and operational practises, auditing and monitoring environmental and food production standards, ensuring the completion of all required internal auditing and calibration testing, facilitating root cause investigations into customer complaints and training the quality assurance team.

Head of Health & Safety – COOK

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Factory/Operations Manager – Edgmond Foods

The successful candidate will be responsible for the factory and overseeing production, maintaining the highest standards of quality and food safety, improving efficiencies and consistently achieve the targeted levels of performance.
