Nestlé subsidiary Nespresso Professional has announced the appointment of Nick Stevens as B2B commercial director for the UK and Republic of Ireland (ROI).

His promotion to the role followed a seven-year stint with the company having moved there from Nestlé Waters in 2017. Prior to this, Stevens worked in the hotel industry as a director in sales and marketing.

During his time with Nespresso Professional, Stevens held responsibility for the home, restaurant and café (HORECA) channel and was recently working to provide varying size businesses with bespoke services to suit their needs.

‘Wealth of experience’

Commenting on Stevens’ appointment, Nespresso UK & ROI chief executive Anna Lundstrom said: “Nick brings a wealth of experience in business and marketing in the HORECA and office industries and is invaluable in raising Nespresso’s B2B profile, showcasing our diverse coffee experiences for businesses across the country.

“I know Nick’s authentic leadership, passion for our B2B business and his collaborative working style will be instrumental in driving results for Nespresso.”

As B2B commercial director, Nick will continue to be responsible for building relationships with businesses across Nespresso Professional’s key sectors – HORECA and office – as well as developing and implementing commercial strategy and growth.

Continuing his journey

Stevens added: “I am extremely thankful to have worked with some amazing people at Nespresso for the past seven years. To continue this journey in the role of B2B Commercial Director is a huge honour. I love this brand and the people that I get to work with every day.

“I am looking forward to this new chapter at Nespresso Professional, as we continue our vision to innovate and deliver high-quality coffee experiences for customers in the HORECA and commercial sectors.”
