New editor for Food Manufacture unveiled
She has more than a decade of writing experience and joins the team from her previous position as Editor of New Food. Bethan will be responsible for leading Food Manufacture’s content team and driving its content strategy forward.
In this role, she will be reporting to Chris Lowe, group director of the Manufacturing and Hospitality portfolio at William Reed.
“I am absolutely thrilled to be joining William Reed which has been serving the food and drinks sector for over 160 years. To be leading the UK’s foremost b2b food and drink title, which is also home to two of the industry’s most prestigious events, Food Manufacture Excellence Awards and Foodex, is an honour," Bethan Grylls said.
