Experts from Cargill, Kerry and Yakult are set to take the stage in Copenhagen this month as part of a conference exploring the future of probiotics in the food sector.

Briana Kozlowicz, Microbiome Program Manager at Cargill, Monica Olivares Martin, R&D Director - Biosearch Life at Kerry and Bruno Pot PhD, Science Director Europe for Yakult Europe are among those speaking at Probiota in Copenhagen on 28-30 March 2022.

The three-day event, organised by NutraIngredients.com, will bring together experts and leaders from across academia, industry and regulators to discuss topics such as next-gen probiotics for weight management, the opportunities of Live Biotherapeutics/ Pharmabiotics, postbiotics and phages, fermented foods, the ageing gut and immune function, and Europe’s changing regulatory landscape.
