Clarkson: ‘Extensive experience and bakery knowledge’
Dawn Foods has promoted sales director Tim Clarkson to the position of cluster director UK and Ireland.

Clarkson, who has more than 30 years bakery industry experience, joined Dawn 13 years ago as a technical sales manager, progressing through the business in various roles.

He will head up Dawn’s UK & Ireland cluster, leading sales, marketing and customer service operations as well as working closely together with the HR, finance and supply chain teams.

'Well-equipped'

“With my time at Dawn, my extensive experience and bakery knowledge, I feel I am well-equipped to take Dawn UK & Ireland on to the next stage of its development and expansion,"​ he said.

Dawn Foods has been operating for almost 100 years. The company employs 5,000 people, makes more than 4,000 products and trades with more than 105 countries, operating in more than 57 locations worldwide.

The business supplies a range of mixes, bases, icings, glazes, fillings, frozen dough and fully baked products to the food industry.
