Soanes Poultry makes two appointments to team

The Middleton-on-the-Wolds-based business, which has been operating since 1947, has added a new operations manager and purchase ledger and payroll clerk.

Tim Brooks has joined Soanes Poultry from the potato industry and is responsible for managing the factory, dispatch and transport. He will also be involved in special project work, cost analysis and staff development.

Brooks said: “I love working for an independent company with brilliant genuine core values that strives for continuous improvements​.”

Brenda Sweetman’s role will focus on invoices and managing the payroll for the company’s 100 personnel.
