Mondi exhibits latest shelf-ready packaging ideas
“Mondi is supplying its customers from a range of industries with innovative packaging solutions and materials that are easy to use, open, reclose and dispose of; that preserve food freshness and extend product life; and that offer a variety of convenience features such as handles, windows, pouring spouts, re-closable zips and more,” says Mondi group marketing director Albert Klinkhammer.
One of the products on display at the Eurasia show was a white top kraftliner for brand packaging. Mondi’s ProVantage Komiwhite is made from extra-strong Nordic fibre.
Its strength, ‘runnability’ and printability are said to make it ideal for packaging fruit and vegetables as well as for shelf-ready corrugated packaging with high consumer appeal.
