Moy Park boss wins HR award
Mullan, who is responsible for Moy Park’s HR and organisation development across Europe, won the award for leading the business through change. The award judges praised his performance in “achieving significant organisational transformation at the top 10 food company”.
Also hightlighted were what were described as Mullan’s big impacts on commercial outcomes and the development of people at the firm and the wider community in which the business operates.
Commercial outcomes
In addition to his work with Moy Park’s executive leadership team, Mullan works with a number of government and industry bodies geared to supporting people’s personal development and growth potential. Those included the Confederation of British Industry Northern Ireland, the UK National Skills Academy for Food & Drink, and the Norhtern Ireland Food and Drink Sector Skills Council.
