Holac dicers, available from food processing equipment specialist Reiser, offer high versatility, enabling them to produce a variety of product shapes and sizes.

The dicers feature a simple-to-change cutting grid and can cube, strip, shred or flake all types of meat products. These range from producing cubes for kebabs and stews; strips for fajitas and stir fries; juliennes for salads; and shreds and flakes for salads and pizza toppings.

They ensure improved yields with consistent size pieces ranging from 4mm to 75mm, at production rates of 225kg to 4,500kg/h.

Equipment is available to satisfy production requirements ranging from standalone machines to fully-automated lines. All equipment is designed for easy cleaning and hygiene.

The compact Holac Cubixx is a universal, multi-purpose machine that offers flexibility in smaller applications. It can produce cubes, slices, flakes, or strips from meat, poultry and seafood.

The Cubixx 120 features a magazine length of 550mm and can process both loose and pre-formed products without the need for pre-cutting. It can output up to 2,800kg/h.

Holac Maxx dicers (shown right) are ideal for use in semi-automatic or fully-automatic production lines.

The Maxx 116 U handles pre-formed product. The multi-purpose Maxx 116 LP handles all types of loose product.

The Maxx 150 LP is optimised to work with frozen products in loose or block form, as well as fresh product.

The Holac Aut 30 is a multi-purpose dicer that features a multi-functional infeed and is suited for larger applications.

It can process both loose or pre-formed products and blocks and can produce cubes, slices, flakes, or strips from meat, poultry and seafood at up to 2,800kg/h.
