The latest thinking on lean and green food and drink manufacturing will be the focus of a free access webinar, to take place at 11am on Tuesday April 26.

The one-hour webinar will chart the latest trends in efficient and green food and drink manufacturing, together with validation processes used for suppliers and the benefits they can deliver throughout the supply chain.

Benchmark production techniques

In this video interview, Jeremy Praud, partner of event sponsor Lauras International, explains how attending the webinar promises to help delegates benchmark production techniques and learn the latest on lean and green auditing processes.

The webinar – Lean and green manufacturing: realising the potential – will provide key insights on the business benefits to be gained by adopting a lean and green manufacturing approach.

Ethical supply chain improvements

Our expert panel of speakers will share their experiences of implementing the methodologies of lean manufacture with environmental and ethical supply chain improvements.

Also under the spotlight will be the lean and green validation processes for suppliers adopted by Marks & Spencer (M&S) and how these approaches can deliver advantages for everyone involved.

Taking part will be:

  • Helen Sisson, Greencore group technical director
  • Louise Nicholls, Marks & Spencer, head of responsible sourcing and packaging and Plan A
  • Jeremy Praud, partner Lauras International

Presenters will give their individual perspective on one aspect of the topic before taking part in a live question and answer session with queries submitted during the webinar by delegates.

Alternatively, you can put questions on lean and green food and drink manufacturing and the associated validation processes to our expert panel in advance by emailing this address.

To reserve your free place, email Mike Stones.

Once registered, delegates can listen at any time to the broadcast, any number of times, for six months.
