Stoller joined from Lindt & Sprüngli, where he had been grocery business unit controller for the past year. Prior to this, he was head of impulse at the chocolate manufacturer for more than three years.
He also spent more than six years at the BBC in a variety of marketing and research roles.

Meanwhile, Hovis won the coveted Training Programme award at the Food Manufacturing excellence Awards in November.
