The London-based firm, which recorded sales growth of 72% over the past year, has appointed Elizabeth Lown as its new head of kitchen excellence.
Lown will oversee efficiency improvements across the whole production process of the brand and form a“vital part”of Charlie Bigham’s growth plan, the firm said.
She joins from surfacing finishing firm Farécla Products, where she had held the role of operations director since 2007.
Lauri Duncan, a former human resources director at Adelie, has been appointed to the role of head of people as part of an attempt to build and develop food skills within the company.
