Elliot joins the UK dairy firm from Tate & Lyle, where he has been dairy technologist since September 2011.
Before this, he spent over 21 years working for Dairy Crest in a number of development management roles. During his 25 year career, he has also held engineering roles at Heinz and Express Foods Group.
From concept to launch
In his new role, he will be responsible for managing product development projects from concept to their launch.
