New weigher promises higher speed

The CCW-R-236 can ensure the correct amount of high-value products with no need for overfilling. It can also mix up to eight products, with a top speed of up to 360 weighments a minute.

The mix weighing process means each section of the machine acts as an individual weigher, allowing each ingredient to be given a specific target weight to ensure the final product contains exactly the right proportion. Each section can be specified with different contact parts to cope with products that are tricky to handle – such as sticky raisins or jellies.

It incorporates Ishida’s R Series Pulse Width Modulation technology, which promises a controlled and more predictable flow of product through the machine, combination calculation software, five-stage digital filter, anti-floor vibration and Ishida-made load cells that enable the weigher to maintain accuracy at high speed.
