BV Dairy is a family-owned dairy business that makes a range of products using milk collected from local farms. These include milk, cream, cultured products, soft cheese and clotted cream.
The firm needed a business system to plan and manufacture a range of products through multiple processing stages and balance customer demand for products with the supply of raw milk.
BV Dairy selected Epicor 9 from Aspera, which will be implemented at the Shaftesbury site in Dorset and go live in early 2012.
