Forming part of Kerry Ingredients & Flavours Citrus Collection, this new range of flavourings can be used individually and mixed with other flavours to help create products with exotic citrus notes.
The six flavours are: Kusiae lime; Rangpur lime; Meyer lemon; Pomelo; blood orange and clementine. All flavours can be declared as 'natural citrus flavouring', except the clementine, which can be labelled as 'natural citrus flavouring with other natural flavourings'.
"Citrus is a perennial top flavour choice for beverages around the world," said Chris Slack, beverages marketing executive for Europe, Middle East and Africa.
The new palette of flavours complemented "the trend towards varietal type taste profiles", he added.
