Special relationship: Newly Wed Foods acquires Witwood Food Products
US firm Newly Weds Foods has acquired UK-based ingredients manufacturer and coating specialist Witwood Food Products for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Banbury, Witwood will operate as a division of the Chicago-based Newly Weds Foods, which produces food coatings, seasonings and functional ingredients for the food processing and foodservice industry in the US.
