Ishida Europe's new multi-lane checkweigher has up to six lanes to handle the same volume as several checkweighers for cost and space savings.
Ideal for stick and flow-wrap packs of confectionery, coffee, tea or milk powder, the new DACS-CW Series is a high-speed checkweigher with a small footprint. It is easy to use featuring a single-colour touch screen remote control unit, which controls all lanes. Each lane has its own Ishida load cell, which ensures weighing accuracy and consistency.
Using Ishida's novel anti floor vibration system, which cancels out the effect of external vibration, the new DACS-CW achieves stable and precise weighing, even in a factory environment where intensive vibration is an issue.
Other benefits include the checkweigher's intelligent data management system, with a status monitor showing production data from each lane while a built-in USB camera ensures reliable product set up.
