Beechdean appoints purchasing manager
Beechdean Farmhouse Dairy Ice Cream has appointed Gwyn Jones as purchasing manager.
Jones brings a wealth of experience from the ice cream and dairy industry. He has been responsible for strategic planning, manufacturing, sales and marketing, new product development, purchasing and product development. Jones has worked at a senior level for Hill Station, Granelli McDermott, Dairy Crest and JM Nuttall Group.
The appointment of Jones is part of Beechdean’s continued growth strategy within the £1.2 billion ice cream market.
Jones will join Beechdean on January 5, 2009.
