Meet the Vale Fresh clean team

To maintain its Grade A accreditation from the British Retail Consortium (BRC), leading fruit and vegetable supplier Vale Fresh has to excel in many areas, and the cleanliness of its site is no exception.

So it called in All Clean to meet the challenge of overhauling its cleaning regime to help meet the BRC's stringent criteria.

The brief was to manage daily top-to-bottom cleaning across the 7,400m² Evesham site in all areas including shopfloor, packing area, warehousing, despatch, office and communal staff areas.

To keep on top of the cleaning, daily audits are conducted to review quality which needs to be maintained during the 6am to 12 midnight shifts, 350 days a year. Each month, cleaning is high on the agenda.

Vale Fresh is a very busy place where a number of different divisions converge. It has to be ready for inspection at any time. It decided to appoint All Clean because it as was having issues with its previous supplier and All Clean has helped it maintain its Grade A status.
