A fruity find for Cobell
Fruit ingredients supplier Cobell has announced the appointment of a technical and operations director to ensure its products meet the highest ethical, environmental and health standards.
Andrew Clark takes over responsibility for quality and technical standards from source to the end product and will also deal with high profile accreditation standards such as Fairtrade, Soil Association and the British Retail Consortium along with Taste of West and 5-A-Day membership.
