Butcher's-style meat and ham slicers have to be sharp, quick, clean and, above all, safe to operate.

The high power Galileo 350 butcher's-type meat slicer from Apuro has been designed to provide exceptional operator protection at high performance specifications. And it is, of course, sharp, quick, clean and safe to operate.

With a 290W motor and 350mm blade the Galileo 350 is suitable for heavy duty applications. Cut thickness can be adjusted to produce paper thin, delicate salami slices or chunky slices of home-cooked ham up to 30mm thick.

To prevent damage to longer meat products, the carriage features more space than other slicers.

A built-in blade guard-ring and comfortable plexi hand protection shields the operator during the slicing process. For stability the slicer is mounted on four short legs with large non-slip feet, but is available without legs if required.

Food slicers are notorious for harbouring food fragments so the Galileo slicer has a completely removable product pusher.

To enable thorough cleaning and to prevent contamination there is an exceptionally long distance between the blade and the body of the machine.

The Galileo 350 slicer is covered by Apuro's one-year comprehensive parts and labour warranty.
