American-style cheese is cream of the icing crop

BakeMark UK has launched its new Caravan Brill Overwrap Cream Cheese Icing - a product that combines all the merits of Caravan Brill's successful Cream Cheese icing with the over-wrapped stability of its Caravan Brill Wrap Ice.

The American-style Cream Cheese Icing is non-stick when over-wrapped, but has the softness and creamy taste of traditional icing, due to the 10% real cream cheese content.

The luxury taste and ambient stability make it suitable for pre-wrapped sweet treats. It has a soft-eating, yet smear-free appearance up to the end of its shelf life.

Made with natural colours and flavours, the Cream Cheese icing has no added preservatives or hydrogenated fats. Apply straight from the pack and allow to firm for 20 minutes before wrapping.
