Greencore appoints company nutritionist
As part of its continuing programme to support its customers through innovation into healthier foods, Greencore has appointed Emma Darlaston as company nutritionist.
Darlaston, who has over 11 years' experience in the fields of nutrition and dietetics in both the National Health Service and industry, has worked for SHS International and Nutricia, as well as Alpro.
Commenting on her appointment, Greencore group technical director Helen Sisson said: “Healthy food is at the top of our development agenda and this appointment will provide Greencore with a full-time resource to help us with the innovative programmes we are developing in this area."
