New UK boss for Peter Rabbit Organics

Peter Rabbit Organics has announced the appointment of Margreet Westerhuis​ as UK md.

She joins the firm from Whole Foods Market where, for the past two years, she had been European own-label director with the task of developing over 350 own-label products to be on-shelf for the launch of the Whole Food Market store in Kensington earlier in 2007.

Previously Westerhuis had been commercial director at Fresh & Wild, the chain of independent natural food shops which was acquired by Whole Foods Market in 2004. She has extensive experience in the organic sector both in the UK and abroad.
