Multivac and Ishida co-operate
Two leading packaging companies, Multivac and Ishida, are to co-operate to provide customers with fully integrated packing line solutions.
Multivac will distribute Ishida Quality Centre equipment, together with its own thermoformers, tray sealers and labellers, under the Multivac brand. Ishida will continue to sell its own products and line solutions to its customers.
Multivac will also exclusively distribute Ishida tray sealers to its core meat, poultry and fish markets to expand its own tray sealer range.
Multivac has a comprehensive network of subsidiaries on all continents. Ishida has a world-leading market position in multi-head weighing, quality control, and complete lines and project management. The co-operation agreement enables customers to benefit from high-capacity packaging lines tailored to their individual requirements.
