This year's Food Manufacture Excellence Awards feature an important new category: Personality of the Year.
This title will be awarded to someone who has made a significant contribution to the sector in the previous 12 months, whether by brokering deals, transforming the fortunes of his or her business, or simply delivering exceptional results.
