Premium cheddar cheese Cadog Export is set to launch across the UK. With sales in excess of £3M, over 100t of Cadog cheese is sold across Wales and Dairy Farmers of Britain aims to replicate this success further afield.
Aged for a minimum of three months, the range includes Mild, Medium, Mature and Vintage Cheddar and will be available in both 200g and 400g packs.
Produced at the company's Llandyrnog creamery, North Wales, its provenance is a crucial part of the product's success, claims the company.
