Dosing pump has six parts
A universal rotary dosing pump that is manufactured from high-performance plastics and has only six components has been launched by Netzsch Pumps.
The C.Pro, which is a development of Netzsch's popular Nemo Mini pump, is designed for the transfer and metering of low-to-medium viscous products at rates from 0.1 litres per hour to 1,000 litres per hour at pressures of up to 18 bar.
By reducing the number of pump components from over 30 to just six, the C.Pro provides economy, is service friendly, and requires minimum maintenance.
The C.Pro has been designed to offer continuous and near pulse-free metering of low-to-medium viscosity fluids (up to 20,000 mPas) including natural and artificial polymers, salt solutions, acids and water, and waste samples.
The C.Pro offers universal flanges for ANSI and DIN installations, as well as various motor options, precise speed proportional metering, reversible rotation and high suction and pressure capacities.
