Seal and be sure with tray, film, lid and sealer package

The Smoothsolution package from D2 Europack has been developed to ensure high quality, consistent sealing. On show on stand A36, it comprises Smoothpack smoothwall aluminium foil trays, including the company's newly-launched 276 series; Smoothpeel lidding film; Smoothdome clip-on or heat sealable dome-shaped lids; and the new Smoothseal family of tray sealing equipment.

The Smoothseal sealers combine the advantages of cost-effective automated tray sealing with consistently strong hermetic heat-sealing. The compact rotary 2700R is the market entry model offering major space saving and cost benefits. The in-line 2800A machine is capable of higher outputs of up to 30 packs per minute.

All models are available to buy or for rental as part of the company's 'pay-as-you-profit' rental scheme, and are in stock for next day delivery.

The 276 series of smoothwall trays offer one top-out size and four depths. The trays are available with a flat or integrated trivet base.
