D2 Food Systems has launched a fully automatic pre-glued sleeving system for the convenience food sector specially designed with a small footprint for maximum space-saving benefits.
The D2100 PGS labour-saving sleever operates on a continuous basis and is capable of handling up to 60 packs per minute, making it ideal for low and medium speed production lines. The machine offers random in-feed with trays automatically inserted into pre-glued sleeves.
Available as a stand-alone unit or as part of a complete end-of-line solution, the new sleever is easy to set up, operate and clean. It has no changeparts, and is fully adjustable and can handle a variety of packs from full to watchstrap sleeves.
