Asda, Sainsbury to judge

A clutch of top names in retailing have signed up to judge the 2006 Food Manufacture​ Excellence awards in London.

Scrutinising your entries this year will be: Asda's food trading director Darren Blackhurst; Sainsbury's head of product development for core and impulse grocery Liz Jarman; Musgrave Budgens-Londis's technical development controller Jonathon Bayne; and the British Retail Consortium's head of technical services Kevin Swoffer.

The awards, which are open to all food manufacturers, regardless of size, will be presented at a black-tie dinner at The Dorchester Hotel, London on Tuesday October 31, 2006.
