Pursuit Dynamics, developer of the multi-tasking PDX Sonic-System - hailed as a "revolution in fluids handling and processing" - has acquired the UK business of one of its UK distributors, BPT Skerman, which designs and makes food processing plant, equipment and systems.
"The addition of a distribution business will enhance our ability to deliver practical engineering solutions and product development capability to the food and beverage sectors, says Pursuit chief executive John Heathcote.
