New HR manager at General Mills UK
General Mills has appointed Sue Swanborough as human resources director.
Reporting directly to General Mills' UK md Jim Moseley, Swanborough will lead the HR and employee services functions in the UK.
In addition, as part of the cross-functional management team, she will contribute to the development, strategies and policies of General Mills UK.
Swanborough joins General Mills UK from Masterfoods where she held various roles in manufacturing management, learning and development, change management, cultural development.
