FSC, the international foodservice management company, has recruited Jenny O’Donnell to head up its NPD department.
O'Donnell completed her studies at Massey University in New Zealand with an honours degree in Food Technology.
Once qualified, she joined Lion Breweries, starting in the quality control department and going on to become the company’s ‘beer ambassador’
In October 2005 Jenny emigrated to the UK and spent a short time with Greencore Sandwiches before taking up employment with FSC.
Steve Davey, FSC’s technical manager said: “Jenny’s role will continue to be key at the start of the company’s ‘concept to consumer’ ethos, Jenny’s enthusiasm and flair will be critical in keeping our clients at the forefront of innovative products."
