Following his success in selling high quality baps, sandwiches and baked goods from La Patisserie, located at the entrance of Stafford hospital, baker Graham Kelly decided to open a new bakery unit to produce the rolls and baps for the shop.

La Patisserie sells over 500 filled baps a day along with sandwiches, hot pies, morning goods and cakes, many of which are made by the company.

So the new bakery unit, called La Boulangerie, which is run by Kelly's son Joe (a post graduate in business studies) required a wide variety of equipment.

Kelly commissioned Eurobake to supply a Kemper spiral mixer, an oven, a retarder/prover, water chiller, water meter and a cake mixer.

Eurobake worked with Kelly from initial planning stage right through to commissioning of the equipment. It also offers a 24 hour breakdown service should things go wrong.
