Decanter for small scale juice producers

Westfalia Separator has supplemented its range of decanters with the CE 205, which has set new standards in terms of decanter technology for wine and juice production.

Unlike presses, the CE decanters allow continuous operation that will reduce the workload and production costs while ensuring excellent product quality.

In contrast to the GSE 550 separator, the scroll type centrifuge of the CE 205 was specially developed for small to medium-sized plants. The CE 205 has a performance of 3,000l/h for fruit juice and 8,000l/h for wine.

The CE series is also intended to reduce the need for service operations and due to its compact design, can even be used in a mobile station for contract-based provider services.

In addition to operating for mash processing, the decanter can also be used for recovering product from tank sediments.
