Bespoke oil addition system produces cheeses that help maintain healthy hearts
An oil addition system, designed and installed by Moody Systems, is helping to produce Angel Technology's award-winning cholesterol lowering alternative to cheese -- Heartily Healthy.
The equipment enables vegetable oil to be added to, and mixed into, skimmed milk which, following a traditional cheddar cheese making recipe, results in a hard cheese alternative that can lower cholesterol.
